At RASARIO, we strive for perfection in every silhouette; however, if your selection is not quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the garment in its original designer packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects the item for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
